Aim / Objectives

۩   To succeed in Social – Academic – Religious – Professional activities.

۩   To provide moral and religious upliftment to the youth as well as to the wider community.

۩   To help youth engage in community work.

۩   To acquire skills and assistance that would support youths in their day-to-day lives.

۩   To have fun and get involved in sporting activities for better health and well-being.

PSYG GOALS

۩   Maintain good social cohesion levels betweens Muslim youths locally and globally

۩   To maintain regular religious events suitable to cater the needs of all youths

۩   To reinforce the principles of Islam and our role as Muslims in a Western society

۩   To promote Islam and Shiaism to the wider communities and change any negative perceptions which people may have of Muslims (media)

۩   To get the youth involved in humanitarian and charity work and InshAllah work towards a global change

۩   To return the favour of education to the community by assisting in educating youngsters (Islam and schoolwork)

۩   To provide the youth with facilities by which they may choose to learn more about Islam and Shiaism by performing Hajj and Ziarat

۩   To conduct fundraising events and projects with a goal to bring the entire community together

۩   To network with other religious/charity/academic and social organisations and establish PSYG as a professional group

۩   To provide the PSYG with countless opportunities to get involved with volunteer work in order to assist other communities whilst building up personal skills and qualities

۩   To provide a stable basis for the many Shia youths to come in the future

۩   To integrate projects with PSV and assist the elder community when necessary

۩   To seek closeness to Allah (SWT) and bring a revolutionary Islamic change to the entire youth group which will inshAllah have a ripple effect on the communities surrounding us
